Brennan Stephens - Vocals, Rhythm Guitar

Born in New York, but mostly native to Durham, NC, Brennan Stephens has been with Big Skinny since 2003. The son of two actor/singer/musicians, Brennan grew up around music all his life. He began playing guitar at the age of seventeen and in the twenty-years since has gotten slightly better. Despite a burning desire to be hardcore, his best work has tended to be novelty songs.

Brennan's biggest musical influences are The Pogues, The Kinks, Gordon Lightfoot, Nina Simone and Camper Van Beethoven.
